The Kassel Tumbler Pigeons– also known by the names: Culbutant de Kassel, Kasseler Tümmler, Capitombolante di Kassel, Касел– is a varietal originating from the Kassel region (Germany), developed since the late 19th century, which later underwent the development of through cross-breeding with several races, among others with French Bagdad, in 1920, so as to obtain the present form. Varieties belonging to this tumbler pigeons type in addition to the appearance is quite interesting, also has good flying ability.
